When you save a routine, we store the workout: its title, description, days, exercises, sets, reps, rest, and notes, along with a public id. Anyone with the link can open it.

We do not ask for your name, email, or phone number. Leave personal details out of titles and notes.

On gymdoer.com we use Umami to count page views and a few actions, such as adding an exercise to a routine. Umami does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Gymdoer does not use advertising cookies and does not sell personal information. A technical cookie may be set so the app can connect to its database. That cookie is not used to follow you across other websites.

Copying a link or sending it on WhatsApp happens in the app you choose. Gymdoer does not receive your contacts.
